The Expo is GLEE’s oldest and most visited event. Although our activities span three days, the Saturday Expo is the primary draw. Boasting 30+ professional presentations, 50+ exhibitors and healthy organic foods, the Expo has drawn crowds from Key West to West Palm.

Green Living & Energy Education, or "GLEE," is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization with a mission to educate "individuals, businesses, and policymakers within the Florida Keys community to promote sustainable living through efficient and renewable energy and the conservation of water and land resources."
GLEE’s board and steering committee comprises representatives from University of Florida, Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority, Florida International University, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, The Nature Conservancy, Florida Keys Electric Cooperative, Keynoter, Clear Channel, as well as an active volunteer citizenry.
GLEE’s goal is to attract individuals, organizations and like businesses to support our cause and commit their effort by a donation or services-in-kind. The Florida Keys Green Living & Energy Education Expo is one such cause.
An estimated 3,000 residents and visitors attended the 3rd. Expo at Marathon High School in Marathon in May 2008. The 2nd Expo at the Stanley Switlik School in Marathon on March 2007 drew an estimated 2,500 people.

Friday, March 27th kicks off with the GLEE Green Drinks/Reception. This provides sponsors, exhibitors, businesses, and their first opportunity of the weekend to exchange information, and ideas with potential new clients, partners, distributors and interested parties.
The Saturday Expo Exhibitor Day on March 28th is the primary draw. Attendees can choose to attend over 30 presentations and professional workshops, browse the products & services of 50+ exhibitors, check out the various alternative fuel vehicles, bid on items in the silent auction, visit the Artists Village and sample healthy organic foods provided by local vendors.
Sunday provides a variety of opportunities, depending on your energy level. Sponsors can attend the Networking Brunch, tour a variety of Keys Green Homes or take the day off and go on a kayak trip with a local ecotour operator.
